More than
Storytelling
an artist.
a statement.

Molly Elizabeth, MFA
As a New England native, I was surrounded by stories from an early age. My mother, a librarian, filled our home with children's books, sparking my imagination and nurturing my passion for crafting narratives. I vividly remember the thrill of creating my first story, filling a notebook with colorful drawings and weaving together words from my imagination. This journey of vulnerability and creative exploration taught me the power of owning one's narrative.
My path transitioned from childhood storytelling to journalism, where I captured the raw emotions and spontaneity of the human experience. As a journalist, I gave voice to others, but I eventually realized the importance of my own unique voice and the power of storytelling as a means of personal expression.
Filmmaking became my chosen medium for reclaiming my narrative and communicating my truth. It demands every ounce of my creativity and pushes me to question and refine my message. My professional journey has been shaped by years of immersion in the art of narrative—first as a local community journalist, then as a writer and marketer in higher education at Emerson College. These experiences have given me a wealth of experience and a commitment to truth that permeates every frame of my work.
As a storyteller, I am driven by the power of authenticity and vulnerability. I believe in telling stories that challenge perceptions, provoke thought, and inspire change. My work is dedicated to delving deep into the heart of the human experience and emerging with narratives that resonate on a universal level.
In every project, I strive to honor the art of storytelling—to create content that sparks conversations, provokes emotions, and ultimately inspires action. Through my work, I aim to foster open dialogue, challenge stereotypes, and advocate for honesty in addressing the issues that matter most.
Yours truly,
